Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ShopPay, Apple Pay, PayPal (depending on availability).

4. Product Availability

Most items are sourced directly from the USA.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer:

  • A new estimated delivery date, or

  • A full refund

5. Shipping & Delivery

United Kingdom:

  • Under £50: Flat £3.99

  • Over £50: FREE Delivery
    Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days (USA → UK)

Europe (EU):

  • Flat Rate £11.99
    Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

We aim to meet all delivery estimates, but delays may occur due to international logistics, customs, weather, or supplier issues.
Delays beyond our control do not form grounds for compensation.

Once your order is shipped, risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Customs & Import Responsibilities

For UK and EU orders, ShoppyPort handles all export procedures and prepares correct customs documentation.

If your country requests additional duties, taxes or identity verification, these are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We support customers with documentation when needed.

ShoppyPort is not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities.

7. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or wrong.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used personal care/cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items damaged after delivery

However:

  • Colours may vary due to screens
