Refund & Returns Policy

If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange.
To qualify, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned carriage paid (customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

  • Returned items must be in a resalable condition.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
    (We reserve the right to deduct a charge if packaging is damaged or missing.)

  • Products must not be modified, altered, or tampered with.

  • Special-order or custom-order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
    Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Return Instructions

All returns must include:

  • Your name and address

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered return parcels.
Please keep your proof of postage/tracking number in case you need to make a claim with your carrier.
