If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange.
To qualify, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned carriage paid (customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

Returned items must be in a resalable condition.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
(We reserve the right to deduct a charge if packaging is damaged or missing.) -
Products must not be modified, altered, or tampered with.

Special-order or custom-order items cannot be cancelled or returned.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered return parcels.
